Returns Policy

At MomentuM Watches, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Our returns policy is designed to ensure you can shop with confidence. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

1. General
• You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
• The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unmade, unused, with all original tags and in the original packaging.
• You must be able to provide proof of purchase or receipt.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@momentumwatches.nl.
• After receiving your return request, you will receive a returns form. Please complete and include this form with your return shipment.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns without prior approval.

2. Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately at info@momentumwatches.nl. We will assess the problem and offer a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

3. Exchanges
Would you like to receive a different product quickly? We recommend returning your current item and placing a new order. This is usually the fastest way to receive the desired product.

4. Returns policy within the European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Items must be in their original condition: unmade, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. Refunds
• Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
• If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to fully process and reflect the refund.
